Mental Health Therapist
Destree Thompson (She/Her)
I help people come home to themselves. Through individual therapy, EMDR, and group work, I hold space for healing past trauma, reclaiming voice, and navigating life’s harder seasons. My approach is grounded, human-centered, and creative—rooted in the belief that your story matters and that meaningful change begins with compassion, truth, and curiosity.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Anna Norman (She/Her)
I offer individual psychotherapy specializing in perinatal and maternal mental health. My practice is especially attuned to the identity shifts that arise with conception, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting, as well as the work of breaking intergenerational cycles. I also support individuals navigating birth trauma, grief and loss, and infertility by offering a compassionate space to process these deeply personal experiences. My approach helps clients cultivate self-compassion, resilience, and a sense of agency in their lives and parenting journeys.

Psychiatric Nurse Practioner
Kristina Timmons (She/Her)
I strongly feel that each one of us really is the expert of our own experience. We all deserve to be heard, known and understood. And because of this, shared decision-making between the provider and the client is a mandatory component of every visit.
Walking along side you on your journey to optimal mental wellness, we will explore an integrative path considering complementary approaches, pharmaceutical options, and supportive therapy.

Reiki Master Practitioner, Intuitive Tarot Reader
Nadine Schmidt (She/Her)
I love sharing the wonderful healing energy of Reiki, helping others reconnect to their own inner light. When we tune in to our light, we feel centered, grounded, and more empowered to face life's challenges. Through a trauma-informed approach, I offer a safe and compassionate space where clients can gently restore-- relieving stress, releasing emotional burdens, and returning to their True Self. That is the heart of Reiki, and I am honored to hold that space for others through private sessions, group circles, and Reiki classes.

Reparenting/Life Coach, Poet
Meg Judge (She/Her)
As founder of Goodness Gracious Coaching, I am passionate about cultivating spaces where people can deeply connect with themselves in order to live as their most authentic selves. I do this through reparenting offerings, retreats, and professional development trainings co-created with Kim Holman. I also offer self-connective poetry retreats. It brings me immense joy to utilize my intuitive integration skills to create opportunities for self-compassion and chosen vulnerability that can transform lives.

Licensed Massage Therapist, Full Spectrum Doula
Elle Burget (She/Her)
For over 23 years, I have devoted my life to the healing arts through massage therapy, while also spending 15 years supporting individuals and families as a doula. These two paths have deeply shaped my approach to care: blending skilled therapeutic bodywork with grounded presence, intuitive support, and a profound respect for the body’s wisdom through every season of life.
Whether you are navigating chronic pain, injury recovery, stress, pregnancy, postpartum transitions, or seeking restoration, each session is tailored to meet your body where it is.
