I help people come home to themselves. Through individual therapy, EMDR, and group work, I hold space for healing past trauma, reclaiming voice, and navigating life’s harder seasons. My approach is grounded, human-centered, and creative—rooted in the belief that your story matters and that meaningful change begins with compassion, truth, and curiosity.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Anna Norman (She/Her)
I offer individual psychotherapy specializing in perinatal and maternal mental health. My practice is especially attuned to the identity shifts that arise with conception, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting, as well as the work of breaking intergenerational cycles. I also support individuals navigating birth trauma, grief and loss, and infertility by offering a compassionate space to process these deeply personal experiences. My approach helps clients cultivate self-compassion, resilience, and a sense of agency in their lives and parenting journeys.
