Breathwork + Mat Pilates

6:00 - 7:15pm

With over 15 years of experience teaching Pilates, Elise brings a deeply informed and intuitive approach to movement and healing. Rooted in a background in holistic healing, her work goes beyond physical exercise, guiding students into a more connected and embodied relationship with their bodies.

Pilates, in this space, becomes a powerful tool for awareness, alignment, and inner connection. Through mindful movement, students are invited to listen more closely, rebuild trust with their bodies, and cultivate strength from within.

Complementing this practice, breathwork serves as the foundation for nervous system regulation. By working with the breath, Elise supports students in downregulating stress, increasing resilience, and creating the internal conditions necessary for true healing and integration.

Each class is designed as a supportive, intentional space to reconnect, restore, and realign physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Zen Paint With Watercolor w/ Elisa Mack

Friday evenings, 6:00 - 8:00pm

Would you like to learn to make art but don't know quite where to start?

Zen Paint is designed to give you the place, materials and guidance to do just that. This event invites your inner child to come out and play, gives you space to process your emotions around perfectionism, or simply gives you time with your own creativity. With prompts that can either be responded to with writing or with paint, we'll dive into how you feel about yourself, about creating art, and what stops you from expressing freely. Your experience begins with a guided watercolor painting demonstration, led by professional instructor Elisa Mack, who will walk you through different techniques and tools that you can then explore on your own.
